You can cancel/upgrade your account in the MyAccount section.
- Login
- Go to the MyAccount section
- Then find this section, this is the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Cancel the monthly/annual pass by pressing the CANCEL (as shown in the picture) and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- If you need to purchase/upgrade your account, visit https://video.pdc.tv/subscribe
Please be advised that three working days' notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period and this cannot be refunded
